How do I obtain a FLAGA tank?

How does the first filling of the tank happen?
Our FLAGA energy consultants are happy to take your orders. A few days before the delivery you will receive a notice call.
When is the best time to order gas?
The ideal time is when there is only 30% LPG left in your tank. We will deliver your LPG within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Which payment options does FLAGA offer?
Either direct debit or payment slip (Erlagschein). When you run on a gas meter, you only pay what you use, in small monthly payments similar to your electricity bill.
Is it possible to pay monthly?
Of course it’s possible to pay your FLAGA energy bill monthly. Please get in touch with our energy consultants to learn more.
How does the tank transfer work when the house is sold/bought?
The pre-owner hands over all tank documents to the new owner. FLAGA concludes a new contract with the new owner, whereas no costs for the tank arise. The tank remains property of FLAGA.
Which services does FLAGA offer?
We offer all maintenance and repair services of the tank which are obliged by law. Our trained personnel is available for you year round, hence you don’t have to worry about anything.
What happens to the insurance protection if another LPG supplier than FLAGA fills up my tank?
FLAGA tanks are only allowed to be filled by us or a company determined by us. In case another LPG supplier fills the tank the insurance protection is not guaranteed anymore.
Who owns the tank?
FLAGA LPG tanks always remain the property of FLAGA, even when they are attached to the ground or underground.
Who is allowed to fill up a FLAGA tank?
Any FLAGA tank is only allowed to be filled by FLAGA during the whole duration of the contract. Please do not pay attention to other LPG suppliers and rumors out there, that say that the opposite is true. Court trials have confirmed that a FLAGA owned tank is only allowed to be filled by FLAGA or a company chosen by FLAGA.
